Trouble shooting (Bas)
Find periods where fouling occurs in your process.
Here you will see how to identify fouling periods, given by a medium-low flow rate and high pressure. Also you will determine the maximal pressure conditions during each event, to quantify the impact.
If you wish to do the exercise, please add the following tags and configure the corresponding time periods.

Learn how to use a value based search to find a given set of conditions that lead our process to fouling and determine how frequently the conditions were met.
Then, add a calculation to each result, to determine critical aggregations (max pressure) and understand the scale of the events.
Find a period of ideal alpha production and compare it to another period where the obtained results were not optimal, to study and identify the differences.
Here you will see how to determine the criteria of what makes a good profile, then visualize that profile to compare all other profiles to it, and distinguish the bad.

Learn how to use a value based search to find all batch periods producing product grade alpha, and identify maximum concentrations achieved. You use this criteria as the ideal. Anything below the ideal product concentration will be quickly identified, and possible causes for lower concentrations can be hypothesized.
