Home Page
The home page serves as a central point for you to get a quick overview of relevant information and access to important work. It is designed to enhance your experience by providing quick routes to recent items, favorites, as well as to the analytics platform and various forms of support, including a direct communication channel with TrendMiner experts.
You can access the home page in two ways:
On first login : You will be directed to the Homepage of the hub you are trying to reach.
By clicking the “Home” button : From anywhere within the application, you can find the "Home" button located in the top menu. Clicking on this button will instantly take you to the home page of the current hub.
Homepage Sections
The Homepage is divided into three primary sections:
Recent Items
In this section, you can find a list of your recently accessed views and dashboards thus speeding up the process of continuing your work without the need to navigate through the application.
Favorites
The favorites section presents to you a list of favorite views and dashboards giving you direct access to important content with just a click.
Help Section
The help section provides access to useful resources that can help you to use TrendMiner effectively. Including links to user guides, FAQs, contact details for customer support, and other relevant assistance.
Optional Admin Message Tile
This allows administrators to share important messages with all users of TrendMiner. The admin message tile consists of the following parts:
Image: User customizable image. (Can be company logo, etc.)
Title: The title of the message, summarizing its content.
Message: The main body of the message, conveying the information administrators want to share.
Contact Information: Free text field where administrators can provide contact details or additional information.
