Get your process statistics (Int)

Learn how to calculate the total downtime using data of the last three months, and identify times when equipment stopped working.

If you wish to do the exercise, please add the following tags and configure the corresponding time periods.

Create a new Formula Tag and employ a binary conditional format. Using the statistic table, to look to the integral and identify down times in days and hours. Looking at the average value, we can infur the % time the equipment was down.

Create a statistical report for each batch produced from the different recipes that take place in the process, or for each day for continuous processes.
