Daily email at a specific time with link to created Dashboard (live mode)

Regular daily email updates at a set time provide convenience, eliminating the need for manual checking. In addition, the inclusion of a link to the live dashboard provides quick access to the latest information and encourages real-time decision making.

  1. Create a dashboard that gives an overview of the process you are interested in and save it in Live mode. Copy the URL/link of the dashboard.

  2. 2. Perform a value-based search in TrendHub using the time tags, e.g. when the time is 6am for 2 minutes (here: daily). Save the search.

  3. Activate a monitor based on the above search with an action to receive an email every day at 6:02 am. Paste the URL/link of the created dashboard into the message box. Other views can also be included by copying and pasting the URL/link into a monitor.

Tip

Use an additional condition in step 2 with TM_day_* to select specific days of the week.
